How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and prepared to be shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may take 2-4 weeks from the time of purchase to shipping your order worldwide unless is specified in the product description. Sometimes we have special sales with priority shipping e.g. 5-15 days delivery time.  

How does shipping work?

RELETES works with global merchants and handmade artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most awesome products. This means that your order is shipped from all over the world.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. If you buy different items it is probably you will receive more than one package.

Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately. And yes, we do provide a tracking number.

How can I return an item?

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

We understand sometimes you can change your mind on an item. If you need to cancel your order please visit Contact US. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfillment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

How secure is my online order?

    When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. So it is 100% Safe and Secure.

    Are there any exchange rates?

      All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
